Very Poor
There's an Aeon mall across the street, and there are many convenience stores nearby. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the young man was able to get me a non-smoking room. Excellent customer service from staff. Cold A/C.
The hotel says they have parking but only have 9-10 spaces, and all were already reserved. I had to find paid parking nearby and haul my luggage a block over. The rooms face the expressway, and the noise is loud. I was unable to get sleep because of this. The hotel had heavy metal doors and outdated locks, and the bathroom was yellow. The rooms were old and outdated. They give you one pillow that has beads in it. I found this weird and uncomfortable. The television was also small. I left the hotel three days early and went back to Nagoya at a quieter, modern hotel with free parking and loads of spaces available.

Good value for money
I stayed here for 5 nights and really liked it. The hotel is very good value for money and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional, although I didn’t meet anyone who spoke English. Breakfast is also good with lots of things available. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the centre of Osaka but there is Dainichi subway station a very short distance away from where you can get to central Osaka in around 20 minutes. Everywhere was very clean and nice. I would stay again if I returned to Osaka.
The bathroom was a little bit cramped and outdated but it was still perfectly adequate for my stay and I didn’t have any problems.

I will consider again and I will try other places too :) Not a favorite.
Very close to train station and AEON shopping mall.
Hotel itself is next to a highway and lower floor rooms are very noisy. Upper floor rooms windows do not open so no fresh air.
